front end DCC solution.
When foreign guests
travel with credit cards issued in their
home currency, every time they are billed,
they wonder what price will appear on their
card statement. They wonder what commissions
they will have to pay. Until now!
Now, foreign customers
will have the choice to pay in their home
currency. It's an added degree of comfort
and guest service, the hotels can offer
their guests.
How does it work?
Directly connected
to 3C's server, Integrated DCC allows hotel's
guests to relax and pay in their own currency
- simply by using their usual Visa or MasterCard.

Check-in
The card is
swiped at the point of sale in the
normal way. It is validated as per
the current 3C process.
At Check-out
3C, in combination
with the chosen DCC provider identifies
where the guest's card was issued
and the currency of their card. The
operator is prompted to offer the
customer the option of paying in that
currency. If the guests accepts the
DCC offer, the local amount is converted
into their home currency automatically.
The local and foreign currency equivalent
values are displayed along with the
rate of exchange.
