Directly reporting to the Sales and
Marketing Director, this position will
involve:
TACTICAL MARKETING
-
Manage the day-to-day website tasks (statistics, updates, news section, newsletter, web positioning)
-
Manage the marketing information (brochure, product sheets, press releases, co-branded marketing with partners)
-
Define the marketing budget and monitor the spending process
-
Work with the Sales Team to identify marketing needs in the different regions/territories
-
Proactive suggestions and subsequent actions to market areas for events, marketing campaigns
-
Organisation of fairs, events, conferences (including the promotional gifts) i.e. everything planned as part of the annual budget
STRATEGIC MARKETING
-
Market analysis for existing
areas, plus new areas / sectors in
combination with Business
Development
-
Create and follow through product
launches, etc.
-
Proactive support of Reseller
through training courses,
conferences, etc.
-
Evaluation of future needs in the
payment industry (mobile payments,
contactless payments) and identify
potential partner for 3C
-
Close cooperation with Marketing
Teams of our integration partner,
banks, DCC partner, etc.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of 5 years past experience
in the development of the marketing
strategy for a company in a B to B
environment. Demonstrated competency
of these skills will be required.

Communication and analytical skills.
-
Aptitudes to negotiate, collaborate,
propose, plan, and meet deadlines.
-
Experience with direct supervision
of third-party relationships.
-
Budgeting and reporting skills are
required for the position.
The MM should be creative,
adaptable, and enjoy dealing with
people from a large range of
backgrounds and nationalities.
Languages:
Fluent English is mandatory; other European languages in particular French or German would be an advantage.
Location
The position is based in 3C Communications headquarters, Luxembourg (with travels, mainly within the EU) or in our UK’s office at Twickenham – Middlesex.
